We are a local office dedicated to improving the health of our community one spine at a time. We believe that all health comes first from God and then follows the Chiropractic ADIO principle. Which Stands for Above Down Inside Out, which simply means your Brain will always send signals down throughout your body through the nerves from the inside out to every cell and tissue of your body.
Doctor Sam is a licensed Chiropractor in the State of Virginia since 2017. After graduating from Life University he has been serving the Hampton Roads which is a place he has called home since 1997. Dr. Sam looks forward to not just serving you though chiropractic but also in helping you make your goals a reality.
We strive to provide excellence in our commitment to your health as well as our outreach into the community. If you have a group or people you would love to hear the message of Chiropractic, Dr. Sam would love to connect with you and help share the ADIO principle and how it is vital to your life!

Dr. Samuel Gainor, D.C.
Dr. Gainor, better known as Dr. Sam has practiced in the Hampton Roads since 2017 as a licensed Chiropractor. His passion is to see people live fulfilled lives and be at their best!
As a father of two children, he understands you either take care of yourself to enjoy time with your family or you miss out on the opportunity to see them grow.
He loves working with all age groups especially the youngest of children and he continues to improve his education in both pediatric and neurological adjustments.

Sara Gainor, who Dr. Sam refers to as his better half has been along side Dr. Sam in the entirety of his Chiropractic journey. From starting chiropractic school, getting married, having a child, graduating, moving and being in practice. She has seen it all and been the driving force for Dr. Sam’s success.
As the Owner/Operator she is the driving force behind marketing and helping make the practice be its best, as Dr. Sam continues to serve the patients with quality care at an affordable price.
